The "PLN" series of folding doors without lower track and with lateral sliding movement is an effective solution for closing compartments with a passageway width up to 9250 mm.

Totally designed by Seip, these doors have the possibility of opening doors 90° or 180°; the doors can be manual or automated and, on request, equipped with windows of various sizes and with the wicket door placed either in the panel or as an emergency exit (cut wing); the insulated wings with a thickness of 52 mm are produced in-house with the latest technology; in particular, the pre-painted steel plate is initially subjected to a special thermal-magnetic treatment called "Corona discharge", aimed at reactivating the molecules of the primer of the plate to assist opening the pores and creating perfect adherence of the polyurethane foam to the inner side of the plate; smooth pre-painted galvanized sheet with 7/10 thickness with scratch-proof film and available in the standard colours: White/Grey RAL 9002, Green RAL 6005, Red RAL 3000 and Blue RAL 5010, Grey RAL 9006, Grey RAL 7016, Brown RAL 8019, Light Oak Wood Effect.

The "PLG" series of folding doors is produced with the same materials and the same technologies of the "PLN" series. This series is however different because it has a lower track, necessary due to the size in width of the doors that can even exceed 20 metres.

Upon request, Seip produces sliding doors without lower track (or with lower track in the special version) having the following features:

• One-wing version: maximum height of 6900 mm, width from 2500 to 8000 mm
• Two-wing version: maximum height of 6900 mm, width from 4500 to 16000 mm

Modular assembly with single "hooking" of each panel to the upper guide (one carriage per wing)

• Insertion of window/air passage grilles
• Cremone bolt with external look
• Wicket door without baseboard, with push-bar having 1-2 lockable closing points and  external handle

The "PSN" series of sliding doors without lower track was designed to simplify installation at the worksite, even when large. In fact, the panels can be individually "hooked" onto the upper guide, and only afterwards joined together to form the complete wing. In addition to the time saved in assembly is the possibility for the installer to install it without equipment for heavy loads.

The range of Seip products for the industrial sector includes one or two-wing walkways that can be supplied in conjunction with the industrial doors built with the same production technique and materials, colours and finishes.
